Dear Erik, I have a bookstore in São Paulo, Brazil, and one of my clients is looking for everything (books) that was published about Sándor Marái (not by him). Do you have a bibliography of that? Thanks, Tiago Pavan.

Hello Tiago,

Unfortunately I do not-- I believe that most such books are only available in the Hungarian language:

There may be some additional sources in German. In English this article by Coetzee sums up much of what is known, although his opinions on the novels are just that: opinions.

Hope that helps!

Bonjour Tiago,
I can recommend a good biography of Marai in German:
Sándor Marái, Ein Leben in Bildern.

Ernö Zeltner, by Piper-Verlag München (Taschenbuchausgabe)

Also in german a complete (seems to me) list of Sándor Marái's works with a traduction of the titles in german http://www.hunlit.hu/maraisandor,de#ID646
The english and french lists on the same site are not so complete.
